To Wander
Creating spaces where people can return to wholeness
how we stay awake to our lives
When we stop creating and sharing, we can begin to feel distant, from one another, and from ourselves. Creativity is not decoration; it is participation.
We need pauses in our weeks. Time to listen. To wander. To make without urgency. To conspire in the truest sense of the word—conspirare—to breathe and create together.
We were not made for numbness or isolation. We are here to witness and to shape. To tend to what is emerging. To co-create something honest, side by side.
I want us to create new corners In Our world
Spaces where inner landscapes can surface. Spaces where worlds exist within worlds, side by side, quietly holding one another.
There is something powerful about being alone, together. Each of us writing our own words, breathing our own breath, yet feeling the subtle shift that happens when we gather.
A soft remembering that we are not separate.
A return to why you are here
When you ask yourself what makes you feel whole, the answer rarely arrives in words. It often comes as a sensation — a quiet alignment.
As if your inner world and outer life are, for a moment, in conversation.
Wholeness is less an achievement and more a remembering. When you follow that feeling, you invite your imagination and creativity to collaborate with the world around you. To shape it, and be shaped by it. And in choosing to do that, you participate in something larger than yourself.
Each of us carries a different story. There are no prescribed forms, no required pacing, no single right way to unfold.
We are creating as we go.
Education and Training
I guide meditation and freewriting as practices of remembering.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing (Poetry) from CU Boulder and am a certified Level 1 and 2 Reiki Practitioner. I have also completed a Kundalini Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training.
My work blends artistry, mindfulness, and collective precense. Together, we slow down. We listen. We return to what is already within so we can create new.
