A Doula has a profound influence on the emotional, spiritual, and physical health of a mother and their baby. My own mama had a Doula for her pregnancy with me and I am deeply grateful for her choice. So much so that I feel called to return the love and care to families in my community.

Though we probably don’t remember our own births — our bodies, minds and spirits do. Birth influences both the mother and baby’s nervous and immune systems, cognitive function, as well as their connection with others and the world.

Your body listens to your words and actions, and vice versus. I approach my support by helping you trust and feel safe in your body, and within that, develop a deeper intuition and confidence. From this place of wholeness with oneself, you create authentic & realistic intentions for this rite of passage.

My role is to support, advocate, and hold space for the birth you envision. You deserve to have a birth experience that honors your intuition, safety, and desires.

Bringing life into the world is perhaps the most beautiful and challenging experience of a person's life. Supporting that journey has been a calling of mine since childhood. I am honored and humbled to walk alongside you.
